Description：
LW-08 is a light green solid powder which has stable sealing quality as well as the following characteristics： 1、The solution has excellent resistance to impurities. 2、Wider operating range: temperature required to 20-35℃, even at 15℃ can achieve good sealing effect if extend the sealing time; running water can be used for bath make-up. 3、Easy to operate: The solution is of good buffering capacity to acid and alkali. It’s no need to adjust the PH frequently. And the consumption of F- and Ni2+ keeps good balance. 4、Excellent capacity of anti-sealing bloom. 5、Silver white aluminum profiles can keep color well after sealing.

Solution Maintenance：
1、Clean thoroughly the aluminum profiles before sealing process for reducing pollution of the solution. The PH of rinsing bath should not be lower than 4.5
2、Analyze the concentration of Ni2+ and F- and PH of the solution everyday. (1) Keep the concentration of Ni2+ at 1.0-1.3g/L and the concentration of F- at 0.3-0.6g/L, the workers shouldn’t operate if Ni2+ concentration is lower than 1.0g/L and F- concentration is lower than 0.3g/L. (2) Control the PH in the range of 5.5 to 7.0. If PH does not meet the technical requirement, it can be adjusted with dilute acetic acid or dilute aqua ammoniae.

Storage: Suggested to store in cool, dry and well ventilated place; away from fire and heat source.
